To provide reliable, uninterrupted service, we use a multi-provider fallback system. If a primary AI model is temporarily unavailable, our system automatically routes requests to an alternative provider. This means your interaction may be processed by any of the AI providers listed above depending on availability.
To improve your experience over time, we use AI-powered memory systems to remember your preferences, past orders, and conversation context. This allows Mama to provide personalized recommendations and more efficient service.
